O dominantn\u00ed postaven\u00ed se uch\u00e1z\u00ed n\u011bkolik technik, z nich\u017e ka\u017ed\u00e1 m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a omezen\u00ed. Prozkoumejme t\u0159i nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010de v t\u00e9to h\u0159e o kovov\u00fd tisk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Selektivn\u00ed laserov\u00e9 taven\u00ed (SLM):<\/strong> P\u0159edstavte si v\u00fdkonn\u00fd laser, kter\u00fd funguje jako virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed socha\u0159. P\u0159i SLM laserov\u00fd paprsek selektivn\u011b tav\u00ed hlin\u00edkov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek vrstvu po vrstv\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e pe\u010dliv\u011b sleduje digit\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1n. Tato metoda se vyzna\u010duje neuv\u011b\u0159itelnou p\u0159esnost\u00ed a detailnost\u00ed, tak\u017ee je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro slo\u017eit\u00e9, vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 d\u00edly. P\u0159edstavte si lehk\u00e9 leteck\u00e9 komponenty se slo\u017eitou vnit\u0159n\u00ed strukturou - v\u00fdkony, kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159i tradi\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdrob\u011b nemo\u017en\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>SLM je v\u0161ak spojen s vysokou cenou. V\u00fdkonn\u00e9 lasery a pe\u010dliv\u00e1 kontrola procesu se projevuj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed rychlost\u00ed tisku a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi n\u00e1klady ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi metodami. Krom\u011b toho mohou n\u011bkdy p\u0159edstavovat probl\u00e9m zbytkov\u00e1 nap\u011bt\u00ed vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159i rychl\u00e9m tuhnut\u00ed kovu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Taven\u00ed elektronov\u00fdm svazkem (EBM):<\/strong> Jestli\u017ee lasery jsou ve sv\u011bt\u011b AM jemn\u00fdmi um\u011blci, elektronov\u00e9 paprsky jsou pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdmi d\u011bln\u00edky. EBM vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 koncentrovan\u00fd svazek elektron\u016f ve vakuov\u00e9 komo\u0159e k taven\u00ed hlin\u00edkov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku. Tato metoda nab\u00edz\u00ed n\u011bkolik v\u00fdhod: rychlej\u0161\u00ed rychlost sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s SLM a mo\u017enost zpracov\u00e1vat \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed \u0161k\u00e1lu hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch slitin, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi body t\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>EBM m\u00e1 v\u0161ak i sv\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody. Vakuov\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed zvy\u0161uje slo\u017eitost nastaven\u00ed a proces m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u00e1chyln\u00fd k deformaci kv\u016fli vysok\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m. Krom\u011b toho m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed se SLM hrub\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e vy\u017eaduje dal\u0161\u00ed kroky n\u00e1sledn\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Binder Jet Additive Manufacturing (BJAM):<\/strong> Zde se v\u011bci st\u00e1vaj\u00ed trochu netradi\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi. BJAM pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 kapaln\u00e9 pojivo k selektivn\u00edmu slepen\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic hlin\u00edkov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku vrstvu po vrstv\u011b. Po vyti\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proch\u00e1z\u00ed d\u00edl procesem odbed\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a sp\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed, aby se odstranilo pojivo a kovov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice se spojily dohromady.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>BJAM nab\u00edz\u00ed n\u011bkolik v\u00fdhod. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s SLM a EBM je v\u00fdrazn\u011b rychlej\u0161\u00ed a levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, tak\u017ee je vhodnou volbou pro v\u00fdrobu prototyp\u016f nebo nekritick\u00e9 aplikace. Nav\u00edc zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed objemy sestaven\u00ed, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje vytv\u00e1\u0159et v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u00edly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nev\u00fdhoda? Sou\u010d\u00e1stky BJAM maj\u00ed obvykle hor\u0161\u00ed mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kter\u00e9 se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed pomoc\u00ed SLM nebo EBM. Krom\u011b toho mohou b\u00fdt kroky n\u00e1sledn\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a prodlu\u017euj\u00ed celkovou dobu v\u00fdroby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fdb\u011br spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 metody:<\/strong> V\u00fdb\u011br ide\u00e1ln\u00ed techniky AM z\u00e1vis\u00ed na va\u0161ich konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch pot\u0159eb\u00e1ch. Pokud je pro v\u00e1s nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159esnost a pevnost, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt SLM tou spr\u00e1vnou volbou. Pokud v\u00e1m jde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o rychlost a cenu, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dobrou volbou BJAM. EBM p\u0159edstavuje st\u0159edn\u00ed cestu a nab\u00edz\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu mezi rychlost\u00ed a pevnost\u00ed. Konzultace s odborn\u00edkem na AM v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci zorientovat se v tomto rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a vybrat metodu, kter\u00e1 nejl\u00e9pe vyhovuje va\u0161\u00ed aplikaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00edt\u011bzn\u00fd vzorec: Slitiny hlin\u00edku pro AM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne v\u0161echny hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 slitiny jsou pro AM stejn\u00e9. Tradi\u010dn\u00ed slitiny pro odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed nebo kov\u00e1n\u00ed se nemus\u00ed dob\u0159e p\u0159izp\u016fsobit rychl\u00fdm cykl\u016fm zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed procesu tisku. Nepravideln\u011b tvarovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice mohou v\u00e9st k nesrovnalostem a defekt\u016fm ve v\u00fdsledn\u00e9m d\u00edlu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chov\u00e1n\u00ed taveniny v baz\u00e9nu:<\/strong> N\u011bkter\u00e9 slitiny jsou b\u011bhem tisku n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k prask\u00e1n\u00ed kv\u016fli rychl\u00e9mu tuhnut\u00ed. B\u011b\u017en\u011b se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro aplikace, jako jsou automobilov\u00e9 komponenty, dr\u017e\u00e1ky a pouzdra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F357:<\/strong> Tato vysoce pevn\u00e1 hlin\u00edkov\u00e1 slitina nach\u00e1z\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00edch, jako je letectv\u00ed a obrana. Vyzna\u010duje se vynikaj\u00edc\u00edmi mechanick\u00fdmi vlastnostmi, ale vy\u017eaduje pe\u010dlivou kontrolu procesu, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo vzniku trhlin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AA2024:<\/strong> Tato \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 slitina nab\u00edz\u00ed dobr\u00fd pom\u011br pevnosti a hmotnosti.
