To nen\u00ed sci-fi, ale realita aditivn\u00ed v\u00fdroby elektronov\u00fdm paprskem (Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing).<a href=\"https:\/\/3dpmetal.com\/cs\/product\/\">EBAM<\/a>), revolu\u010dn\u00ed technologie, kter\u00e1 m\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsob navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdroby kovov\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co je to aditivn\u00ed v\u00fdroba elektronov\u00fdm paprskem (EBAM)?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EBAM, zn\u00e1m\u00fd tak\u00e9 jako Electron Beam Melting (EBM), je proces aditivn\u00ed v\u00fdroby kov\u016f, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00fd elektronov\u00fd paprsek k taven\u00ed kovov\u00fdch dr\u00e1t\u011bn\u00fdch vstupn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed trojrozm\u011brn\u00fd d\u00edl vrstvu po vrstv\u011b ve vakuov\u00e9 komo\u0159e. Tento digit\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1n ur\u010d\u00ed dr\u00e1hu elektronov\u00e9ho paprsku a zp\u016fsob nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed kovov\u00e9ho dr\u00e1tu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>P\u0159\u00edprava vakuov\u00e9 komory:<\/strong> Konstruk\u010dn\u00ed platforma a kovov\u00fd dr\u00e1t se vlo\u017e\u00ed do komory s vysok\u00fdm vakuem. T\u00edm se eliminuje p\u0159\u00edtomnost kysl\u00edku a dal\u0161\u00edch ne\u010distot, kter\u00e9 by mohly br\u00e1nit procesu taven\u00ed a zhor\u0161it vlastnosti fin\u00e1ln\u00edho d\u00edlu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taven\u00ed elektronov\u00fdm paprskem:<\/strong> Elektronov\u00fd paprsek je generov\u00e1n vysokonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdm elektronov\u00fdm d\u011blem. Tento paprsek je zaost\u0159en a nasm\u011brov\u00e1n na vstupn\u00ed kovov\u00fd dr\u00e1t, kter\u00fd se p\u0159i kontaktu roztav\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usazov\u00e1n\u00ed po vrstv\u00e1ch:<\/strong> Elektronov\u00fd paprsek je p\u0159esn\u011b \u0159\u00edzen po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdm softwarem a sleduje p\u0159edem naprogramovanou dr\u00e1hu definovanou modelem CAD. Jak roztaven\u00fd kov chladne a tuhne, spojuje se s p\u0159edchoz\u00ed vrstvou a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed d\u00edl po jedn\u00e9 tenk\u00e9 vrstv\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Odstran\u011bn\u00ed d\u00edlu a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong> Jakmile je proces sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed dokon\u010den, vakuov\u00e1 komora se odtlakuje a nov\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00fd d\u00edl se odstran\u00ed ze sestavovac\u00ed platformy. To otev\u00edr\u00e1 sv\u011bt mo\u017enost\u00ed pro lehk\u00e9 a vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 d\u00edly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Velk\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed objemy:<\/strong> Syst\u00e9my EBAM mohou vytv\u00e1\u0159et d\u00edly v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je to mo\u017en\u00e9 u jin\u00fdch aditivn\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch proces\u016f, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad laserov\u00e1 f\u00faze v pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9m lo\u017ei (LPBF). To je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro aplikace v leteck\u00e9m, obrann\u00e9m a t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u0161estrannost materi\u00e1lu:<\/strong> EBAM dok\u00e1\u017ee zpracov\u00e1vat \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu kovov\u00fdch slitin, v\u010detn\u011b \u017e\u00e1ruvzdorn\u00fdch kov\u016f, jako je titan a tantal, kter\u00e9 je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 nebo nemo\u017en\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1vat jin\u00fdmi metodami.
