Tato technologie umo\u017e\u0148uje vytv\u00e1\u0159et vysoce p\u0159esn\u00e9 modely, od slo\u017eit\u00fdch \u0161perk\u016f a\u017e po robustn\u00ed leteck\u00e9 komponenty, a to s rychlost\u00ed a p\u0159esnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se tradi\u010dn\u00ed metody nemohou rovnat. Co p\u0159esn\u011b je ale laserov\u00e1 rapidn\u00ed v\u00fdroba prototyp\u016f a jak funguje? P\u0159ipoutejte se, proto\u017ee se pono\u0159\u00edme do hlubin t\u00e9to fascinuj\u00edc\u00ed technologie, prozkoum\u00e1me jej\u00ed slo\u017eitosti a odhal\u00edme tajemstv\u00ed jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u0159ehled laserov\u00e9ho rychl\u00e9ho prototypov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laserov\u00e9 rychl\u00e9 prototypov\u00e1n\u00ed je druh aditivn\u00ed v\u00fdroby (AM), kter\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 laserovou technologii k vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed trojrozm\u011brn\u00fdch objekt\u016f z digit\u00e1ln\u00edch model\u016f. Tento proces spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v pokl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed postupn\u00fdch vrstev materi\u00e1lu, obvykle kovov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku, a jejich spojov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed v\u00fdkonn\u00e9ho laserov\u00e9ho paprsku. V\u00fdsledkem je velmi detailn\u00ed a p\u0159esn\u00fd prototyp, kter\u00fd v\u011brn\u011b kop\u00edruje fin\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ita\u017elivost LRP spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 ve schopnosti vyr\u00e1b\u011bt slo\u017eit\u00e9 geometrie a jemn\u00e9 detaily s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm odpadem materi\u00e1lu. Je to jako kouzeln\u00e1 3D tisk\u00e1rna, ale na steroidech.
