Mezi r\u016fzn\u00e9 techniky aditivn\u00ed v\u00fdroby pat\u0159\u00ed, <a href=\"https:\/\/3dpmetal.com\/cs\/product\/\">F\u00faze laserov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho lo\u017ee<\/a> (LPBF) se stala jednou z nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edch metod, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b kovov\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Co p\u0159esn\u011b ale LPBF je a jak funguje? V tomto obs\u00e1hl\u00e9m pr\u016fvodci se pono\u0159\u00edme hluboko do sv\u011bta LPBF a prozkoum\u00e1me jeho proces, materi\u00e1ly, aplikace, v\u00fdhody a omezen\u00ed. Pod\u00edv\u00e1me se tak\u00e9 bl\u00ed\u017ee na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed kovov\u00e9 pr\u00e1\u0161ky pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v LPBF a porovn\u00e1me je v r\u016fzn\u00fdch parametrech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u0159ehled laserov\u00e9 f\u00faze v pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9m lo\u017ei (LPBF)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laser Powder Bed Fusion je pokro\u010dil\u00fd aditivn\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00fd laser k selektivn\u00edmu spojov\u00e1n\u00ed jemn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic kovov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku vrstvu po vrstv\u011b a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tak pevn\u00fd trojrozm\u011brn\u00fd objekt. Tato technologie je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed kategorie aditivn\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch proces\u016f zn\u00e1m\u00fdch jako f\u00faze v pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9m lo\u017ei (PBF), kter\u00e1 zahrnuje tak\u00e9 taven\u00ed elektronov\u00fdm svazkem (EBM) a selektivn\u00ed laserov\u00e9 sp\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed (SLS). LPBF je v\u0161ak jedine\u010dn\u00e1 svou schopnost\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bt kovov\u00e9 d\u00edly s vysok\u00fdm rozli\u0161en\u00edm, slo\u017eitou geometri\u00ed a vynikaj\u00edc\u00edmi mechanick\u00fdmi vlastnostmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LPBF se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b leteck\u00e9ho, automobilov\u00e9ho, zdravotnick\u00e9ho a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, kde je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159esnost, pevnost a efektivita materi\u00e1lu. Zde je p\u0159ehled cel\u00e9ho procesu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tvorba digit\u00e1ln\u00edho designu<\/strong>: Proces za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vytvo\u0159en\u00edm digit\u00e1ln\u00edho 3D modelu pomoc\u00ed softwaru pro po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem podporovan\u00e9 navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed (CAD). Tento model slou\u017e\u00ed jako p\u0159edloha p\u0159edm\u011btu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 b\u00fdt vyroben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00e1\u0161ku<\/strong>: Tenk\u00e1 vrstva kovov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku o tlou\u0161\u0165ce obvykle od 20 do 100 mikron\u016f je rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozprost\u0159ena po konstruk\u010dn\u00ed plo\u0161in\u011b. Pr\u00e1\u0161ek se uchov\u00e1v\u00e1 v z\u00e1sobn\u00edku a rozt\u00edr\u00e1 se pomoc\u00ed nat\u00edrac\u00edho no\u017ee nebo v\u00e1le\u010dku.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Laserov\u00e9 skenov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>: Vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00fd laserov\u00fd paprsek selektivn\u011b spojuje \u010d\u00e1stice pr\u00e1\u0161ku podle digit\u00e1ln\u00edho n\u00e1vrhu. Laser je nav\u00e1d\u011bn soustavou zrcadel, zn\u00e1m\u00fdch jako galvos, kter\u00e1 p\u0159esn\u011b \u0159\u00edd\u00ed pohyb laseru po vrstv\u011b pr\u00e1\u0161ku.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stavba po vrstv\u00e1ch<\/strong>: Po zataven\u00ed jedn\u00e9 vrstvy se stavebn\u00ed plo\u0161ina sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed o tlou\u0161\u0165ku jedn\u00e9 vrstvy a nanese se nov\u00e1 vrstva pr\u00e1\u0161ku. Laser pak novou vrstvu natav\u00ed a spoj\u00ed ji s p\u0159edchoz\u00ed vrstvou. Tento proces se opakuje, dokud nen\u00ed sestaven cel\u00fd objekt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N\u00e1sledn\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>: Po dokon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdroby se p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek odstran\u00ed a d\u00edl se podrob\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdm n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm krok\u016fm, jako je tepeln\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed nebo povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava, aby se dos\u00e1hlo po\u017eadovan\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed a kvality povrchu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 kontrola<\/strong>: Hotov\u00fd d\u00edl proch\u00e1z\u00ed d\u016fkladnou kontrolou a testov\u00e1n\u00edm, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee spl\u0148uje po\u017eadovan\u00e9 specifikace a normy kvality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 v\u00fdhody<a href=\"https:\/\/3dpmetal.com\/cs\/product\/\"> F\u00faze laserov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho lo\u017ee<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>LPBF nab\u00edz\u00ed n\u011bkolik v\u00fdhod oproti tradi\u010dn\u00edm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm metod\u00e1m a jin\u00fdm aditivn\u00edm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm technik\u00e1m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Flexibilita designu<\/strong>: LPBF umo\u017e\u0148uje vytv\u00e1\u0159et velmi slo\u017eit\u00e9 geometrie, kter\u00e9 by nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vyrobit b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi metodami. To zahrnuje vnit\u0159n\u00ed struktury, m\u0159\u00ed\u017eky a slo\u017eit\u00e9 detaily, kter\u00e9 lze optimalizovat z hlediska hmotnosti, pevnosti a funk\u010dnosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efektivita materi\u00e1lu<\/strong>: Proto\u017ee LPBF je aditivn\u00ed proces, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pouze materi\u00e1l nezbytn\u00fd k v\u00fdrob\u011b d\u00edlu, co\u017e vede k minimalizaci odpadu. To je v kontrastu se subtraktivn\u00edmi metodami, jako je obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed, kdy se materi\u00e1l odeb\u00edr\u00e1 z v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho bloku, co\u017e \u010dasto vede ke zna\u010dn\u00e9mu odpadu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vysok\u00e1 p\u0159esnost<\/strong>: LPBF m\u016f\u017ee vyr\u00e1b\u011bt d\u00edly s extr\u00e9mn\u011b mal\u00fdmi tolerancemi a jemn\u00fdmi detaily, tak\u017ee je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro aplikace, kde je p\u0159esnost kritick\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rychl\u00e9 prototypov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>: LPBF umo\u017e\u0148uje rychlou v\u00fdrobu prototyp\u016f, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje rychlej\u0161\u00ed iterace n\u00e1vrhu a zkracuje dobu uveden\u00ed nov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f na trh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Siln\u00e9 a funk\u010dn\u00ed d\u00edly<\/strong>: LPBF vyr\u00e1b\u00ed d\u00edly s mechanick\u00fdmi vlastnostmi srovnateln\u00fdmi s d\u00edly vyroben\u00fdmi tradi\u010dn\u00edmi v\u00fdrobn\u00edmi metodami.
