The hardness of the coating was 16% higher than that of the matrix, and the wear resistance of the coating was twice as high as that of the matrix.?The wear mechanism of additive manufactured H13 steel is adhesion wear and slight oxidation wear, and the wear mechanism of coating is abrasive wear.
